Michael and I are incredibly thankful for the growth and support Diaz Beez has received, but sadly, we have made the difficult decision to close up shop. While Diaz Beez as a storefront is ending, our bees are still active and thriving, and we will continue producing small-batch local honey.
Moving forward, we’re also developing a new line of infused honey designed for craft cocktails, desserts, culinary dishes, teas, and more.
